Our service goal is for someone to respond to you within 72 hours and actually address your question (i.e. no ‘boilerplate’ answers). We will try to answer your questions expeditiously by email. Support is also available by appointment via the free temporary chat accounts we offer for non-member Users at our Support Chatserver (one basic issue only) and our Donor Domain Owners (DDOs) have a designated tech support contact they can reach out to anytime. With an additional donation to cover sysadmin or developer time, DDOs and their Domain Admins (DAs) can escalate more complex issues to realtime support.

Please include any technical information (e.g. error messages, logs, configurations, settings, etc.) that you think we might need to understand your situation.
